Last year, the Grant family from Cornwall Gravel have developed their newest phase: Parkwood Phase 3. We purchased some prime lots from them. We chose the lots on the west side of Wesbuke avenue for many reasons: they are the Widest lots (65 feet) with a Western exposure (great sun in the second half of the day) with no major electrical transfer boxes (the largest variety). As an added bonus, there are No sidewalks on this side of the street… they are going across the street. Prime location in a prime subdivision.
